Total area of the premises is 32000 Sq. Ft.  Out of which working area of 20000 sq. ft is covered with fully equipped shed and balance Open area of 12000 sq. ft. is used for storing Raw Material & Semi-Finished goods.

Rabale works 8500 sq.ft with 15 ton sq ft and thane workshop 3500 sq.ft.

 

BUILDING:

We have Five sheds having centre ht. of 12M & 8M Crane Height and 8 EOT Cranes for Material Handling. Fabrication, Machining and Testing work is carried out in the covered area mentioned. In addition to above, we have excellent PATTERN SHOP FACILITIES having thousands of Patterns made against various orders since we started our Business. Every Pattern is having identification mark to identify the Equipment and part no. this helps us to cater with the spare parts requirements of the clients for Years together. Also we have stake in foundry capacity upto 15 to 20 tons / month of castings and single piece castings upto 1.5 tons. We have inhouse FRP lining facitiy.

OFFICE:

Office Building area with RCC Construction covers 3500 Sq. ft. The building is having 2 Floors, where we have Administration office, Design office, Technical Library, Purchase office, Quality Control Division office and Engineering office. 

 

SOFTWARES:

The Company uses most latest Design Tools like Autodesk Inventor 2015, Solid Works & Design Analysis 2013-14 with Modern Drafting Tools like AutoCAD 2015 & Plane’n’Sheet.
