Integrated Flocculation and Clarification for Superior Water Quality
The Indofab Clariflocculator is an advanced, scientifically engineered unit designed to handle low Total Suspended Solids (TSS) in water and wastewater treatment applications. It combines two key operations—Flocculation and Clarification—within a single tank, ensuring efficient solid-liquid separation and excellent treated water clarity.
The system comprises a Flocculator Mechanism for gentle and effective mixing and a Clarifier Scraper Mechanism for uniform sludge removal. Indofab’s design optimizes critical parameters such as velocity gradient (G value), paddle area (15–35%), and mixing speed, achieving strong floc formation with minimal chemical consumption.
A dedicated flocculation compartment provides a retention time of 15–45 minutes, hydraulically separating the flocculation and clarification zones. The Clarifier Rake Arms gently guide settled flocs toward the central sludge well, ensuring a clear, high-quality overflow.
